- No food, drinks, face paint, messy play items, glitter or chewing gum allowed on or near equipment.

- Keep equipment clean; excessive mess may incur a $100 cleaning fee.

- Remove shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges, etc. before using equipment.

- Ensure children wear nappies or clothing and have empty pockets.

- Grip socks (provided by us for all packages) are required whilst using equipment.

*Please note that all individual hires require Fencing and Mats ($40 Hire)

Grip Socks (Available to purchase on the day for $2 a pair) also required.

To confirm your booking, please note the following payment requirements:

-$150 deposit to secure your booking.

-$200 bond required for all hires, returned upon successful inspection of equipment.

- Payment options: Full payment or instalments

- Payment deadline: 7 business days prior to the event (no exceptions, including cash payments)

- Cancellations forfeit full $150 deposit.

*Outdoor Setup Policy

*If choosing to have your party outdoors, we’re happy to do so, subject to the following conditions:

- Weather: Indoor backup or covered alfresco area required.

- Cleanliness: No animal waste or debris; animals must be kept away.

- Surface: Grass or concrete only.

*Exclusions*

We do not provide setups in public areas, such as parks or sports fields.

• 1. No running onto equipment to avoid collisions or tripping hazards.
• 2. Ensure adequate shade and sun protection to prevent heat-related illness and sunburn.
• 3. Keep equipment out of direct sunlight to prevent overheating.
• 4. Have a wet weather plan in place for outdoor events.
• 5. Bring equipment undercover in case of forecasted rain.
• 6. Maintain a 2-meter clearance around equipment.
• 7. Do not allow children on equipment until fully set up.
• 8. Clear children from play area during equipment dismantling.

• If you have any stairs or require us to use a lift there may be a $80 labour fee added to your invoice. Please contact us for more information.

• As the hirer, you are accountable for adhering to these safety guidelines and ensuring the equipment's safe and clean condition.
• - A responsible adult must supervise the equipment at all times.
• - Equipment is designed for children under 5 years old
• - Ensure no one over the specified age uses the equipment.
• *Ball Pit Safety*
• 1. Monitor ball pit capacity to avoid overcrowding.
• 2. Limit numbers based on child age and size.
• 3. Avoid mixing large and small children.
• 4. Assist small children entering/exiting ball pit.
• *Liability Disclaimer*
• Little One's Fun accepts no liability for injuries or damages arising from the use of our soft play equipment. Hirer assume all risks and responsibilities.

- No animals, toys or sharp instruments near equipment.

- No substances like face paint, bubbles, glitter, liquids or party streamers.

- No smoking or alcohol near equipment.

- Please exclude children showing signs of illness or infection.

WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR PREMIUM EQUIPMENT AND REQUIRE A $200 SECURITY BOND TO SAFEGUARD AGAINST
DAMAGES OR LOSSES.

THIS BOND WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY AFTER EVENT, FOLLOWING A SUCCESSFUL
INSPECTION.

DELIVERY IS INCLUDED FOR AREAS BETWEEN WOOLGOOLGA AND SAWTELL.

FREE DELIVERY ONLY APPLIES FOR BOOKED PACKAGES.

DELIVERY FEE FOR INDIVIDUAL PIECES WILL BE DETERMINED BY LOCATION.

- "Hirer" means the person hiring the equipment.

- "Hire Period" means the duration of equipment hire.

1. The Hirer agrees to hire equipment from Little One's Fun for the Hire Period.

2. The Hirer acknowledges reading and understanding these Terms and Conditions.

*3. Equipment Use*

1. The Hirer uses equipment at their own risk.

2. Ensure equipment is used for its intended purpose.

3. Adult supervision required for children.

*4. Safety Precautions*

1. Check equipment before use.

2. Avoid using equipment during strong winds or thunderstorms.

3. Keep equipment away from water's edge.

*5. Liability Disclaimer*

1. Little One's Fun accepts no liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from equipment use.

2. The Hirer assumes all risks and responsibilities.

*6. Equipment Care*

1. Only use equipment for its intended purpose.

2. Avoid damaging or altering equipment.

3. Report any equipment issues to Little One's Fun.

*7. Payment Terms*

1. Full payment required before equipment delivery.

2. 20% refundable security deposit required, returned after pick up.

3. Payment methods: Cash (upon agreement), Bank Transfer

*8. Cancellation Policy*

1. Cancellations > 7 days prior: Full refund.

2. Cancellations < 7 days prior: 50% refund.

3. No refunds for cancellations on the day.

*9. Delivery and Pickup*

1. Delivery and pickup times agreed upon in advance.

2. Additional fees may apply for delayed pickup.

*10. Governing Law*

These Terms and Conditions are governed by NSW, Australia law.

*11. Acceptance*

By hiring equipment, the Hirer acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

We deliver straight to your accommodation or closest beach. Local pick-up is also available.

We deliver between Woolgoolga and Sawtell. Delivery available directly to beach or accommodation with local pick up also available.

Delivery is free with orders over $60.

Small orders incur a $20 delivery fee.

Items returned damaged will incur a damage fee.

*GENERAL WEAR & TEAR IS ACCEPTED.
